Regulatory Protein Expression Vectors

We offer several regulatory protein or partner protein expression vectors that are used in NanoBRET® Intracellular Kinase Target Engagement (TE) Assays.

For kinases requiring co-expression of a regulatory or partner protein, the expression vector is co-transfected with the appropriate kinase-NanoLuc® fusion vector prior to performing the NanoBRET® Kinase TE Assay.
