Eligibility & Campaign Period:
- The New Lab StartUp Program is exclusively for new lab set-up customers in Singapore who are not already registered in our system.
- An order with no minimum purchase (excluding GST) of Promega products within the promotion period must place to redeem $1,000 value-worth of products.
- Customers must submit the Customer Interest Form (on this webpage) and undergo verification by our sales representatives.
- The campaign is valid from January 20th, 2025 to December 31st, 2025.

Purchase and Delivery:
- Purchase orders must be placed within the campaign period.
- Single, complete delivery of goods must be fulfilled by December 31st, 2025. Staggered delivery is not permitted for this campaign.
- Delivery for the first order & redemption purchase will be waived.

Product Redemption:
- Order for Promega products must be placed through our sales representatives.
- Confirmation of your order along with delivery details will be sent to your working email address.
- Complimentary Promega products and 1 Lego set will be sent to lab address listed in the order.
- Limited to 1 Lego Set per Lab:
- Each qualifying lab is eligible for 1 Lego Set.

Non-Transferable:
- Redemption of products are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency.
