dNTP MixPCR Satisfaction Guaranteed

dNTP Mix is a premixed solution containing sodium salts of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each at 10mM in water at pH 7.5; the total concentration of nucleotides is 40mM. One microliter of the dNTP Mix in a 50μl reaction will give a final dNTP concentration of 200μM for each dNTP.
