The Maxwell® 16 Total RNA Purification Kit can be used in RNA cleanup applications from TRIZOL® extractions or in vitro transcription reactions. Beta-Mercaptoethanol is included for use with certain sample types. The Maxwell® 16 Instrument will process up to 16 samples in about 30 minutes of hands-free instrument operation. Purified RNA is ready for immediate downstream analysis without the need for precipitation, DNase treatment, or other post-purification manipulation. The kit provides high-quality, essentially DNA-free total RNA using novel approaches to selectively remove genomic DNA prior to automated RNA purification. You get enhanced sensitivity and improved confidence in your results for quantitative RT-PCR (qRT-PCR), RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis and other applications.
